Georgia has been practising yoga for over six years and has trained with the Devon School of Yoga, completing the DSY 500 Hour Teacher Training course in 2016.

Having been introduced to many different styles and philosophies during her study and training, Georgia has adopted a holistic style of teaching which brings together Pranayama (breathing exercises), physical asana practice, relaxation techniques and poetry. In these classes students are invited to explore and develop their practice both on and off the mat, bringing awareness to yoga as a philosophy as well as a tool to cultivate equanimity of mind, inner strength and compassion towards oneself and others.

If you’d like Georgia to teach at an event or festival that you’re organising or are interested in one to one classes please get in touch.

Student Feedback

“Georgia came to stay at my olive farm in Portugal in 2016 and gave me one-to-one yoga lessons daily. Her calm, encouraging and personalised approach meant I felt completely comfortable in her presence and she has absolutely inspired me to get my yoga practice back on track. I really feel that her ability to truly read a person – both emotionally and physically – ensures that her teaching is exactly matched to student. This really is a holistic approach to yoga and I very much look forward to regular refresher sessions!”
