Caught up with the day to day we often forget to take time out to relax our bodies and minds. Through connecting to breath, yoga allows us to find a place of relaxation where we can begin to renew.
Suitable for all levels, this balancing and nourishing workshop will focus on the role of the physical practice of yoga as a tool for stilling the mind. We will explore this through a balance of dynamic and restorative postures, breath and meditation techniques, finishing with a short yoga nidra (yogic sleep), a deeply relaxing and restful practice.
At the end of the workshop there will be time for conversation and questions with tea and vegan cake.
